We can help you with all aspects of your office fit-out or refurbishment project.  We can work with you as your main contractor offering a complete service, or we are happy to work with you as a sub contractor liaising closely with your main contractor to deliver a specific part of your project.

Refurbishments can be complex and disruptive, which is why all office fit-outs are overseen by a dedicated project manager.  We fully understand that throughout any works your own staff should not be disturbed, which is why your project manager will work with you to ensure a suitable programme of works that will minimise any disruption to your business.

CAT A - A standard fit-out or refurbishment typically undertaken by the landlord in order to rent out a space.  This will usually involve new emulsion and gloss painted finishes, new basic carpet tiles, LG7 compliant lighting and new sanitary ware to toilet cores and tea points.  We have the experience and qualifications and are well equipped to carry out all types of kitchen and bathroom installations.

CAT B - A higher specification fit-out or refurbishment typically undertaken by the tenant to make their office space their own.  The requirements will vary but can include new partitioning and meeting rooms, signage, new power and network data cabling, designer LG7 compliant lighting, brand specific decorations and new fixtures and fittings in toilets and kitchen areas.
